The following March 1, 1951, Lowell Tribune article was found on page 3, column 4:
Mr. and Mrs. George Schilling had as their week-end guests Mrs. Schilling's brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Cerle of Forest Park, Ill. On Sunday the Schilling home was the scene of a birthday dinner-party marking the 6th and 3rd anniversaries of their grandson and granddaughter, Johnny and Susan Blair. Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Blair and son Mickey of Momence were also present. Two prettily decorated cakes tastefully adorned the dinner table and as the celebrants blew out their candles the musical cake plate played "Happy Birthday." Both children received many pleasing gifts.
