Frank D. Bloeman, 43, lived at Lake Dale for about 14 years prior to his wife's death last December. She died of cancer. In June he sold his house and took his children with him to Valparaiso to live with his parents.
He was killed in a two car head-on collision four miles west of Valparaiso. Four others were killed in the same accident.
He is survived by his three children, his daughter Vivian, 19, and two sons, Dee, 9, and "Pinky," 5. They are being cared for by their grandparents in Valpo.
