Miss Dorothy Lakin, as maid of honor, wore a pretty frock of orchid chiffon. Little Dorothy Jean Worley, a cousin of the bride, in a dainty pink crepe frock, served as a petite ring bearer.
The bride chose for her wedding frock, a beautiful white georgette. Her wedding bouquet was fashioned of pink roses and baby breath.
Raymond Riblicki served the groom as best man. Miss June Klein played the wedding march for the entrance of the bridal party.
Following the ceremony the guests enjoyed a lovely dinner at the groom's parents' home at a table attractively decorated with a pink and white color scheme and a bouquet of daisies as a center piece.
Mr. and Mrs. Brockus are enjoying a two weeks' motor trip in the east and upon their return will make their home in Hammond. Both young people are well known and popular at the South Side church. The groom is with the Northern Indiana Public Service Company and the bride was graduated from the Hammond Technical high school in June.
Congratulations and best wishes are extended by the many friends here at her former home.
