Sanford D. Clark

W.A. Clark received a telegram Tuesday morning, stating that his brother, Sanford D. had died the evening of May 23d.

Sanford D. Clark was a citizen of Lake County for many years, and served a term in the Recorder's office after the war. He was twice married. He has one daughter living from his first wife, who is Mrs. John Holt. His second wife is a daughter of Richard Fancher, of this place, and from this marriage they have two sons grown to manhood.

The deceased was in his 89th year at the time death overtook him, and has lived an exemplary life.
