Resolved: That, while we mourn the loss of our deceased Brother, and tender to his widow and orphan children our heartfelt sympathy, and commend the protection of them to Him who knoweth the sparrow's fall.

Resolved, That copies of these Resolutions be forwarded to the offices of the New Republic, Kankakee GAZETTE, and Journal, for publication; also that a copy, attested by the Secretary and under the seal of our Lodge, be presented to the widow of our deceased Brother.
