Mrs. Lucile Louise Cornell, 52, Lowell, died yesterday in her home after a long illness. Born in Rochester, she lived in Lowell most of her life and was a member of the Lowell Church of Christ and the American Legion Auxiliary. Survivors; husband, Harold; two daughters, Mrs., Robert Day, Sheffield, Ala., and Mrs. Herbert Boyens, Lowell; son, Robert, Lowell; half-sister, Mrs. George Berg, Lowell; brothers, Tom, Grover and Milo Lloyd, all of Lowell, and four grandchildren. Services at 3:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Sheets Funeral Home, Lowell, with the Rev. E.L. Worley officiating. Burial at Lowell Cemetery.

Mrs. Harold Cornell Succumbs to Long Illness

Memorial services will be held Friday, May 7, at 3:30 p.m. in the Sheets funeral home for Mrs. Harold Cornell, 52, who succumbed to a lingering illness, Wednesday morning, May 5. Rev. E.L. Worley will officiate and interment will be in the Lowell cemetery.

Born September 15, 1901 at Rochester, Ind., Lucille Louise (Lloyd) Cornell had spent almost all of her lifetime in Lowell. She was a member of the Church of Christ and the American Legion auxiliary.

Surviving with her husband are two daughters and a son: Mrs. Ruth Boyens of Lowell, Mrs. June Day of Sheffield, Ala., and Robert Cornell of Lowell; also three brothers and one sister: Thomas, Grover and Milo Lloyd and Mrs. Rose Berg, all of Lowell; besides four grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
