CALLED BY DEATH
FORMER RESIDENT DIES IN CALIFORNIA
We have received a letter from our cousin, O.J. Ragon, of San Diego, California, in which he tells of the death of his aunt, Mrs. W.H. Denio.
Elizabeth (Kenney) Denio was born near Lowell, Ind., and at the time of her death, which occurred at her home in San Diego, Calif., October 7, 1926, she was 80 years, 5 months and 15 days of age.
She resided here for many years and about thirty years ago she moved to California, where she has since made her home. She will be remembered by many of our older people, who will regret to hear of her death.
She leaves to mourn her death one sister, Mrs. L.C. Warner, of Los Angeles, two brothers, H.W. Kenney, of Riveria, Calif., and W.A. Kenney, of Pasadena, Calif. One who will greatly mourn her is O.J. Ragon, a nephew, whom she raised from a baby, and she was a mother to him.
Funeral services were held in San Diego Saturday, October 9th. Interment was made in the Masonis cemetery of that city.
