DEATH OF CEDAR LAKE RESIDENT

Mrs. Hannah Everett Passes Away After Pneumonia Siege

The death of Mrs. Hannah Lydia Everett, well known and respected resident of Cedar Lake, occurred on Friday, the cause of her demise being pneumonia. The deceased was 68 years of age and has lived at Cedar Lake for the last five or six years, her former home being in Kankakee, Ill.

Her husband passed away several years ago. She leaves a family of grown children and a host of friends in this community to mourn her passing.

Funeral services were held at the Geisen-Sons chapel on Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock. Rev. T.H. Adkins of the Presbyterian church officiating. The interment was in Maplewood cemetery in this city.
