W.C. Hale, who is working for the Wabash railroad, came Thursday for a
visit with his wife. He left for his work Sunday evening. He was badly
hurt about a month ago and has just been released from the company
hospital at Peru. He was working in a car when another was switched in,
striking the car he was working in. He was thrown against a work bench,
hurting his back and side badly. He is getting along all right.
