Miss Marceline Simpson of Medaryville and Paul Hathaway surprised their friends last Friday by eloping to Valparaiso. They were united in marriage at the Methodist parsonage by the Rev. Porter. Miss Gertrude Schmidt and Miss Virginia Porter acted as witnesses. After the ceremony they returned to Crown Point and spent the weekend with relatives. The bride is a popular member ot the senior class in L.H.S. The groom is a graduate of the class of 1931.
