Former Shelby Resident Dies At Hebron
Friends were sorry to learn of the death of Mrs. Ann Hiatt, 61, who died last Friday at the home of her daughter in Hebron. The daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Matt Cross of Shelby, Mrs. Hiatt was born and reared in this community. Survivors include her husband, Albert; four daughters, Mrs. Pauline Wale, Mrs. Francis O'Donogue, and Mrs. Junetta Schroeder, all of Hebron, and Mrs. Irene Haller of Gary; three sons, Weston Press of Hammond, James Press of Hebron, and Kenneth Press of Black Oak; one sister, Mrs. Rhoda Harmon, and one brother, John Cross, both of Hebron, and 12 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the Hebron Christian church, and burial was in the Hebron cemetery.
