Funeral Service in Lowell for Joe Hoffman

Condolences are extended to the family of Joseph Hoffman, 83, who died Tuesday evening in Our Lady of Mercy Hospital in Dyer. Mr. Hoffman is the brother of Jacob Hoffman of Lowell.

The funeral was held in the Sheets Funeral Home Saturday Dec. 1, with Rev. E.L.Worley conducting the service. Burial was made in the German Methodist cemetery on U.S. 41. Mr. Hoffman was a retired farmer.

Surviving in addition to Jacob Hoffman of Lowell is another brother, Henry of Cedar Lake, and a sister, Mary, also of Cedar Lake, and many other relatives.
