Funeral Saturday for Mrs. W. J. Hull Lake Dale Resident

Mrs. Warren (Hazel Grace) Hull, 64, of Lake Dalecarlia passed away Wednesday, July 25, at Our Lady of Mercy hospital in Dyer. She had been ill a long time.

A pioneer resident of Lake Dale, Mrs. Hull was a Hoosier artist, and retained her interest in painting until the last. She was well known in this community having operated a novelty and exchange store in Lowell during the 1930's.

Mrs. Hull was a member of the Whiting Chapter 312, Order of Eastern Star for 25 years.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, at the Johnston-Royce Funeral Home, 242 N. Griffith Boulevard, Griffith, the Rev. Leigh Hargrave officiating. Burial will be in Calumet Park cemetery, Crown Point.

Survivors include the husband Warren J.; two sons, Clyde Hamblin of Lake Dalecarlia, and Ernest Louk of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; one daughter, Mrs. Jane Howerton of Griffith; one sister, Mrs. Kathleen Boyles of Lake Dalecarlia; four grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
