Mr. Koziol, with his children, was spending the week end at the lake and early Sunday afternoon he went in bathing with two of his sons. Koziol was swimming at the end of the pier when he went under the water. At first it was thought he had dived under the water to see how long he could stay under. When he did not come to the top again his sons and several other bathers began a search for him. The body was finally found and placed on the pier but all efforts to revive him failed. The body was removed to the Linton and Son morgue and from there shipped to Chicago for burial.
