Norman A. Luttinen

Specialist Four Norman A. Luttinen, 25, whose prents, Mr. and Mrs. Alvar L. Luttinen and wife, Marilyn, live at 232 W. 75th Court, Crown Point, Ind., completed an engineer equipment maintenance course April 23 at the Army Engineer School, Ft. Belvoir, Va.

During the ten-week course, he was trained in the maintenance of engineer construction, earthmoving and support equipment. Instruction was also given in powered bridging equipment.

Luttinen received his B.A. degree in 1967 from Wartburg College, Waverly, Iowa.
