Ragon-McConnell
A very quiet wedding was solemnized at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph McConnell, Tuesday, June 15, at 3 p.m., when their daughter, Elsie L., was married to Max L. Ragon, son of Mr. and Mrs. L.W. Ragon. The ceremony was performed by Rev. C.A. Brown in the presence of the immediate families of the bride and groom, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hollett of Hammond, and Miss Pauline Whitcomb. The bride wore a gown of white georgette and satin and carried a huge bouquet of pink and white bridal roses. Immediately after ceremony a delicious two-course luncheon was served, after which the bridal couple left for Indianapolis for a few days. The young couple have a host of friends who are extending congratulations and best wishes. They will be at home in a few days at their residence on Castle avenue.
