The bride was attired in an aquamarine dress and carried a bouquet of white fresias and white carnations. Miss Nona Schilling, a sister of the groom, was maid of honor, appeared attractively in an ashes of rose frock and carried a corsage of pink sweet peas.
The groom wore the conventional black. William Nichols, a brother of the bride, acted as best man. The ring was carried by Barbara Jane Nichols, a niece of the bride, who is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dilwyn Nichols, and made a very pretty little ring bearer.
Following the ceremony, a dainty luncheon was served. The table was decorated with a large wedding cake.
The bride and groom were preparted to depart and tried to steal away unnoticed by anyone. They were discovered in time and showered with rice as they left. They will be at home to their friends about March 15th near Shelby, Ind. We wish them much happiness.
