Polio Victim
Pfc. Elmer Stratton, son of the Dan Strattons, Crown Point, former Lowell residents, a polio victim, was stricken recently while returning to Camp Hulen, Tex., after a visit with his parents, and his wife, also of Crown Point. Removed from the train at Okmulgee, Okla., the paralysis victim spent a month there and then was moved to Harmon general hospital, Longview, Texas, where he was given the Sister Kenney treatment. Last week he was transferred to Hines hospital, Hines, Ill.
