The following December 14, 1944, Lowell Tribune article was found on page 5 column 3:
Dr. and Mrs. Everett Tullis were here for a Friday visit with Mrs. Hallie Dinwiddie and son, John Raymond. Dr. Tullis left Saturday for his base on the west coast where he is to be on transport hospital ship. Mrs. Tullis and children are to reside in their home at Crown Point.
