Delia and Alberta Miller

Mrs. Doris Jean Worley Hartman, who sent this photo taken around 1916, identified the woman in the picture as Delia Frances Moenix Miller (1852-1927), but was mistaken about the child's identity. The child (now an adult) saw the photo online, recognized herself, and had a relative send the correct identity: Alberta Miller (now Alberta O'Brien).
