Young Kosti's twin and another youth were in a car ahead of Zimmerman and when the lights of the car behind suddenly disappeared, they went back to investigate and found the car in the ditch. Zimmerman was taken to the Weaver funeral home and Kosti was rushed to Jasper county hospital at Rensselaer.
The remains were taken to Chicago by Weaver & Son yesterday, where funeral services are being held today.
The young man leaves his parents who had moved from Chicago to Cedar Lake only about a year ago, two brothers, Pfc. Irvin, with the army overseas, and Harold, at home.
