- Tri-Creek Residents 18 & over.
- Must have valid library card. Sorry, reciprocal cards are not eligible.
- You may enter as many times as you wish.
- Deadline to enter is Saturday, July 26.
Drawing will be held on Friday, August 1. Two winners will be drawn.
