Fatch - Carstens
Walter F. Fatch, of Crown Point, and Miss Doris Carstens, of Lowell, were united in marriage at the Presbyterian parsonage in Gary Saturday, June 25th, at 11 a.m. in the presence of immediate relatives of the bride and groom. After the ceremony a wedding dinner was served at the home of Mrs. Foarake, sister of the groom. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Hago Castens and is one of our most highly esteemed young ladies. The bride was beautifully dressed in a gray crepe de chine dress with hat and slippers to match. She carried a bouquet of sweet peas. There were no attendants at the wedding. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Fatch and is employed as chief mechanic in the Bloede garage. The young couple left for a honeymoon trip to Winona Lake and they will visit at Warsaw. We join the large circle of friends of the bride and groom in extending congratulations and best wishes.
