The bride wore a dress of white crepe satin, trimmed in crystal beads, with a flesh colored velvet hat, and carried a shower of bride's roses and valley lilies.
The groom was dressed in a suit of midnight blue. They were attended by Miss Grace Hathaway, who wore a gown of orchid with an orchid satin hat and carried pink roses, and Clayton Belshaw, who wore a suit of midnight blue. Only the parents and Mrs. George B. Jones were in attendance.
After the ceremony the wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride.
The bride and groom met some years ago in British Columbia, while visiting her friend, Mrs. Ned Nelson. The bride was graduated from Valparaiso University, and was for a number of years, a music teacher in Lowell, having lived here with her parents until their removal to Crown Point several years ago. The groom attended Washington State University and was County Surveyor at Dillon, Montana. He is now employed as civil engineer for the Lake Shore Realty Co. at Gary, Ind.
After two weeks honeymoon trip in the east they will go to housekeeping in the new home of the bride's father at 481 South Main St., Crown Point.
