Jack H. Nomanson

Jack Nomanson, who enlisted in the Navy and left August 18 for recruit training, sends his address to friends, via the Tribune, and eagerly anticipates mail from back home. Jack Nomanson, SR 4456608, 121 Bat., Co. 366, USNTC, Great Lakes, Ill.

Jack Nomanson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Nomanson, who enlisted in the Navy three months ago, completed recruit training at Great Lakes Naval Center Saturday morning and received the rating of Airman Apprentice.

Mr. and Mrs. Nomanson and family, also Forbes Fairchild, were present for the graduation ceremonies.

Jack arrived home Tuesday morning for a two week leave. He will report to Great Lakes December 2 for further assignment.

At L.H.S. from where he graduated last spring, Jack enjoyed much popularity.
