At the same photo shoot where Emma was taken alone (see photo of Emma, age 16), this photo was taken of Emma and all her siblings. It must have been quite a production for the Livingstons to travel by horse and carriage from their Lowell, Indiana, home to Crown Point for these photos, a distance of about 12 miles. It may have been a special family event to have triggered these photos.
Some of the faces in the original photo are faded, but you can still make them out. Not bad for a photo that is 117 years old. (taken in 1890). As of this writing, I don't know the ages except for Emma and George (10).
In the back is Emma on the left, Bessie is on the back right, Alice is seated next to her brothers, George (middle) and Ernest.
