This November 2, 1916, Lowell Tribune article appeared on page 4, column 4:
Last Saturday was the birthday anniversary of Mrs. Eunice Fleming and to celebrate the event her seven sisters all gathered at her home in Chicago and spent the day with her. A fine dinner was served. The day was a very pleasant one for all present. The sisters present were: Mrs. J.F. Harris, Mrs. T.D. Dickinson, Mrs. J.H. Hayhurst, Mrs. Wallace Brown, Mrs. Charles Cobb, Mrs. Anthony Texter, Mrs. Thuel Hayden, Mrs. Walter Cleaver and Mrs. Eunice Fleming. Besides these there were seven nieces present.
