The Lowell Star, Aug. 17, 1872, page 5, column 3, had a list of soldiers who were supporters of Grant in that election. Among them was Arch Fuller of the 99th Ind.
from the Local History files at Lowell Public Library (LH--Vital Statistics, vol. 4, page 23) and attributed to an article in the Lowell Star, March 18, 1875:
The paper announced the death of Archibald Fuller at this home near Lowell on March 9th at the age of 52 years.
