The following February 13, 1958, Lowell Tribune article was found on page 7, column 7:
Mr. and Mrs. Emerson Phebus of State Line Road are recipients of sympathy in the loss of their infant daughter, Deborah Jane, who died at birth January 30, in St. Mary’s hospital, Kankakee. Memorial services were held January 31 in the Marshall Funeral Home at Grant Park, and burial was in Sanders cemetery near Lowell. Surviving with her parents are a brother, Larry, and sister, Peggy; also the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Meine Cirks and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Phebus, all of Grant Park.
The Sanders Cemetery records at Lowell Public Library show that Deborah Jane Phebus, who was born and died in 1958, was buried at site R5.
