Velva Violetta Domke was the daughter of Gertrude Davis and Emil Domke. Gertrude Davis was the daughter of Benjamin Johnson Davis and Emma Rachel (Hendricks) Davis. Velva was born in Lowell 1909. This picture is in Lowell ca 1923. She was raised by her grandmother, Emma Davis, in Lowell.
