Card of Thanks: We desire to sincerely thank the neighbors and friends for their many kindnesses shown our dear mother, Mrs. Anna Loyd, during her illness, and were so kind in offering consolation to us when death came. We thank those also who furnished flowers and autos at the funeral. They will ever be remembered by us.

Her Children.

Mrs. Anna Susan Loyd was born in Rochester, Ind., April 5, 1853, and passed away at her home in Lowell April 1, 1928, at the age of 74 years, 11 months and 27 days. She was the daughter of William and Elizabeth Moore.

She was united in marriage to Elwood Loyd in the year 1871. To this union were born eleven children, two of whom preceded their mother in death, also her husband, who passed away February 9, 1922.

She united with the Church of Christ at Lowell during the ministry of Rev. Bennett.

She leaves to mourn her going her children, Milo, Otto, and Charley of Lowell, Jack and Tom of Gary, Ambrose of Davenport, Iowa, Mrs. Laura Blazer of Choctaw City, Okla., Mrs. Florence Evans and Mrs. Lucille Cornell of Lowell, and Mrs. Geroge Berg of Chicago; also, twenty-four grand-children, two great grand children, two nephews, one niece and many friends and neighbors.

Funeral services were held at the Church of Christ, Lowell last Wednesday afternoon. Edmond Worley conducted the services. The Misses Delpha Sisson and Delta Pinkerton sang, with Mrs. Edmond Worley at the piano. The following acted as pall bearers: E.E. Duckworth, Peter Stanley, Thomas Arnott, H.J. Kallenberger, Peter Trump, Henry Peterson.
