Mr. and Mrs. William McLellan, Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Ned Williams and Mr. and Mrs. Guy Wood, Jr., have moved into the Gladys Linton apartment building. Six families now occupy Lowell's first apartment building and two more families will occupy the other two apartments as soon as they are ready.
