Gas Stations
- from an unknown newspaper source, hand dated Jan. 1932 (in the Clipping Files at Lowell Public Library--LH--"Businesses")
- John Zartman has brought a lot adjoining the railroad property just across the tracks from the depot and is preparing to erect a filling station on it. The building will be built Colonial style and will be modern in every way. John will handle Shell products and will commence work on the building at once and hopes to be open for business by Mar. 1. We wish him success.
