- Glenn Bolt, who opened his new IGA Super Market on West Washington St., Thurs., Dec. 21, is this week announcing the Grand Opening with a store-wide food sale. All ladies will receive a free rose and there will be free miniature loaves of Wonder bread and Dixie cups for all. The new food store, one of the finest in southern Lake county, is a valuable addition to Lowell's business district.
