WALLS - BAHR WEDDING RITES READ JUNE 20TH

On June 20th at eight o'clock in the evening, Gladys Walls, daughter of Asa Fuller, route 1, Lowell, became the bride of Milford Bahr, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Bahr of Lowell.

The double ring ceremony was read by Rev. Paul A. Reisen, pastor of the Lowell First Methodist church, in the home of the bride's father with members of the immediate families present.

For her wedding costume the bride chose a powder blue dress and white accessories enhanced by a corsage of red roses.

A reception followed the services after which the newlyweds left on a honeymoon trip to southern Indiana.

Mr. Bahr is employed with the White Advertising Company at Shelby. The couple will reside with the bride's father.

A caption under a photo in Section 2, page 2, columns 3-4 of the July 17, 1952, issue of the paper added the following:
Milford Bahr and his bride, the former Gladys Walls, are at home on route 1, Lowell, since their marriage on June 20th. Mr. Bahr is employed by the White Advertising Company at Shelby.
