The following January 17, 1929, Lowell Tribune article appeared on page 1, column 2:

    PASSING OF CHAS. SCHREIBER

    The death of Charles Schreiber, long time Brunswick business man and garage owner, occurred on last Saturday, after a brief illness with pneumonia.

    Mr. Schrieber was 54 years of age and leaves a wife a[nd] family of children to mourn his untimely death.

    Funeral services were held Wednesday at the home at 2 o'clock with interment in the Brunswick cemetery.

    Mr. Schrieber was the inventor of the Nabon spark and other automobile parts and accessories, the manufacture of which has gained him considerable fame in the automobile industry.
