Dr. Frank D. Wilson
Death of Dr. Wilson
Dr. Frank D. Wilson, of Thayer, died at his home last Thursday at 3 o'clock, after an illness of only three days, due to heart disease, at the age of 38 years. He had been considerably overworked for some time, and his health was impaired thereby. Short services were held at his late home at Thayer, after which the remains were taken to Rose Lawn, where services were held in the church, conducted by Rev. Rodger. Although it rained and was very disagreeable, the church could not hold all the people present.
The deceased was buried with the honors of the Odd Fellows and Modern Woodman lodges.
Dr. Wilson was a bright young man and very popular. He was building up a lucrative practice and his untimely demise is much regretted by the entire community. The burial service was under the direction of John Castle.
