Dorothea (Dorotha) Mae Love (born 1923)
- Miss Dorothea Mae Love has reported for basic training in the army nurses' corps at Fort Knox, Ky. A graduate of nurses' training at Gary Mercy hospital, Miss Love followed her profession in Gary for some time, later coming back to Lowell, where she had been employed in the offices of Dr. John Mirro until a few weeks ago.
The following August 23, 1945, Lowell Tribune article was found on page 1, column 1:
- Lt. Dorotha M. Love, of Nichols General Hospital, Louisville, Ky., is spending a 7-day leave here with her family, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Love, and brother, John.
