The following article was found in the April 13, 1944, Lowell Tribune on page 5, column 3:

Mr. and Mrs. W.D. Kingery attended a birthday dinner at the home of their niece near Winamac last Sunday, in honor of Mr. Kingery's father, who celebrated his 90th birthday. Mr. Kingery is in good health for one of his advanced years, and expects to visit here this summer.
