    DEATH OF WILLIAM BREMER

    Crown Point and Lake County friends of William Bremer were shocked on Sunday to hear of his death which occurred at his farm home south of this city, following an illness of several days with pneumonia. His passing occurred at 8:30 o'clock in the evening, after having been an invalid for the past ten years.

    The deceased, who was 53 years of age, had been one of Center township's residents practically all his life and was one of the community's prosperous and progressive farmers.

    Besides his widow, Amelia, he is survived by three sons, William, Jr., Harold and Herbert and a daughter, Alice. Five brothers, Henry and August of this city; Christ of Lingle, Wyoming; Fred of Scotia, Neb.; John of Hammond, and three sisters, Mrs. John Schroeder and Misses Sophia and Mary Bremer of Crown Point, are left to mourn his demise.

    Funeral services will be held at the Bremer home at one o'clock this Thursday afternoon in charge of August L. Bruggeman of St. John's Evangelical church. The interment will be in Ridge Lawn cemetery.
