The following article was found in the January 20, 1944, Lowell Tribune on page 5, column 4:
    Card of Thanks: We wish to thanks our neighbors, relatives, and friends for their many kind acts during the long illness of our husband and father, Fred Burnham, and for the many kindnesses and words of sympathy at his passing. The donors of the many floral offerings also have our sincere thanks. These many acts will always be remembered by us. Signed: Mrs. Burnham and Burr.
