Robert Elliot "Bobby" Dahl (1925-1934)

The following article appeared in the March 29, 1934, issue of the Lowell Tribune (page 5, column 5):

    PASSING OF ROBERT DAHL

    Robert, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred A. Dahl, passed away at the home of his parents, southwest of Lowell at 7:30 Tuesday night, at the age of 9 years, the cause of death being heart trouble.

    Funeral services will be held at the home tomorrow (Friday) at 2 p.m.

This April 5, 1934, Lowell Tribune obituary appeared on page 1, column 1:
    Robert Elliott, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. F.A. Dahl, was born March 17, 1925, and passed away on Tuesday evening, March 27, after an illness extending over a period of almost two years. The courage and cheerfulness with which he bore this affliction made many friends for him.

    Besides his parents, he leaves on sister and two brothers to mourn his passing.

    Funeral services were held at the home on Friday, March 30, conducted by Rev. A.W. Hoffman of Joliet, Ill., assisted by Rev. Adkins of Crown Point and Rev. Bonnema of Lake Prairie. Interment in the Lake Prairie cemetery.
