Grace Dinwiddie Hochhalter
FORMER LOWELL LADY PASSES AWAY
Mrs. Grace Hochhalter, formerly of Lowell, passed away at the Cass county hospital in Logansporte Saturday afternoon after an illness of several weeks. She showed signs of improvement and the family were quite hopeful of her recovery, but about a week ago she suffered a relapse and only lived a short time. Mrs. Hochhalter was 54 years of age and resided here with her parents until her marriage.She is survived by her husband, two daughters -- Dr. Marion Hochhalter, of Logansporte, and Helen, of Benton, Ill.; one son, Herbert, of Montezuma, Ind.; also her father, Jerome Dinwiddie, and one brother, Dr. J.A. Dinwiddie, of Lowell, and one sister, Mrs. Daisy Hack, of Gary.
Funeral services were held Monday at 4 p.m. at the residence at 2129 East market street, Logansporte, by the Rev. Manfred C. Wright, of the Broadway M.E. church. Interment was made in Mt. Hope cemetery.
