The following unidentified newspaper article, ca. the early 1900's, was found in a scrapbook owned by Betty Burton of Lowell:

Chas. Hendricks, who had been sick with typhoid fever for about two weeks, died about nine o'clock Monday morning. The funeral occurred Wednesday at 2 o'clock. Interment at the Yankee burial ground. The deceased was eight years old.
