Funeral Tuesday for Mrs. Michael Kiehn

Rev. Herbert Teske of the Hope Lutheran church officiated at funeral services held for Mrs. Florence C. Kiehn, 66, of Rhein road in Cook, Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Eller Funeral home. Mrs. Kiehn died Sunday morning at St. Margaret's hospital in Hammond following a lingering illness. She is survived by her husband, Michael, two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Taylor and Mrs. Florence Spanier, both of Cedar Lake; her mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Hanson of Chicago, and a brother, Harry, in California.

Burial was in Maplewood cemetery, Crown Point.

She was a member of Hope Lutheran church, Gold Star Mothers' club and American Legion Auxiliary Post 261.
