Wilbur Wellington Mulinex (1874-1950)
- Wilber Wellington Mulinex, only son of Thomas Lloyd and Eva Bernice Thomas Mulinex, was born in Lansing, Mich. on April 6th, 1874. He departed this life at the Methodist hospital, Gary, Ind., at the age of 75 years, 9 mos. and 12 days.
On September 30th, 1903, he was united in marriage to Inez Elizabeth Steward, and made their home in Kansas City, Mo., for the following 42 years. Mr. Mulinex leaves to mourn his passing, his beloved wife, Inez, of Lake Village, Ind.
On February 15, 1945, Mr. Mulinex retired from the "American Railway Express Agency," after 27 years of faithful service. The spring of 1946, they bought a home in Lake Village. Mr. Mulinex suffered a stroke September 30th, 1947, and had been in very poor health since that time.
Funeral services were held January 20th at 2 p.m. from Weaver's Funeral Home with Rev. E.L. Worley officiating. Interment was in the Lowell Cemetery.
