Ethel Studor VanAlstine

Ethel Studor VanAlstine
(Mrs. Oakes P. VanAlstine)

The following unidentified newspaper article was in a collection owned by Lowell Town Historian Richard Schmal:

    VanALSTINE - STUDOR

Oakes VanAlstine, of Lowell, and Miss Ethel Studor, of Morocco, Ind., were united in marriage at Kentland, Saturday, December 1, 1923. Rev. J.E. McCloud, pastor of Trinity M.E. church, performed the ceremony.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E.E. VanAlstine and is a young man who is very highly respected by all who know him. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Studor, of Morocco.

The young couple will live on the VanAlstine farm west of Lowell. We join the large circle of friends in extending congratulations and best wishes to the newly wedded couple.
