The following September 19, 1929, Lowell Tribune article appeared on page 5, column 4:

George Vallee and Miss Pauline Fronek, of Cedar Lake, were united in marriage at Elgin, Ill., on Sept. 3. At the same time, the bride's sister, Edna Fronek, was married to John Leathers, of Cedar Lake. The two couples motored to the Wisconsin Dells on their honeymoon, returning the next week. They will make their homes at Cedar Lake.
