The Lowell public Library and the Lowell Woman’s club are partnering up again to celebrate Dr. Seuss! Join us to read a few of our Dr. Seuss favorites, make a craft and take home a goodie bag.

This is a free program for children ages birth – 5th grade. Pre-school age and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
