    REBURIAL SERVICES HELD FOR PFC. ALLEN SANDERS

    Reburial services were held for Pfc. Allen Keith Sanders, son of Mr. and Mrs. O.L. Sanders, Lowell, at Weaver's funeral home last Sunday, Rev. T.H. Adkins of Crown Point, officiating, assisted by Rev. E.L. Worley. Interment was made in Medaryville cemetery in charge of W.R. Weaver

    Pfc. Sanders, 19, was killed in action on Guam, July 21, 1944. He had been wounded three times previous to his untimely death.

    Surviving in addition to his parents are a brother, Ronald, stationed with the Marines at Camp LeJeune, North Carolina, and two sisters, Virginia and Ruth.

    We wish to express thanks to the Lowell Legion Post 101 and Auxiliary; Cedar Lake Legion Post 261 and Auxiliary; Lowell V.F.W., Royal Neighbors, Rebecca Lodge of Shelby, Cojola Zuanna No. 106, Shelby, our neighbors and friends and Rev. Reisen for their beautiful floral gifts, comforting sympathy, and innumerable kindnesses extended us at the time of the reburial services for our son.
